The redevelopment of the area south of Al Jaddaf (Dubai) aims at the urban renewal of a vast, disused industrial area. The Masterplan of DHCC Phase II Waterfront in Dubai includes the construction of a high quality tourist-residential complex, combined with a mix of commercial, cultural and recreational services and activities. The concept design features complex and ambitious architectural typology that will strongly and radically characterize the available territorial environment.

The project plans to allocate most of the area to three utilities, namely:
1. Hospitality
2. Commercial and cultural activities
3. Luxury residential

These three areas will host spaces such as 2 luxury hotels, a wellness hotel with spa, a marina, shopping mall, cultural center, complex of large single family villas and a luxury residential complex.
