At Lamonarca Design Studio, together we create architecture, interiors and product design.
About the studio
Lamonarca Design studio was founded in 1990 by Antonio Lamonarca and Maria Madonnini. Based in Milan, Italy, we have an international network specializing in architectural and interior design services in all regions of the world. Our projects are developed in more than 90 countries over the world, and our design group includes around 200 architects and managers. We work with around 90 exterior consultancy companies specializing in different areas of project development.
The studio's mission is driven by holistic design solutions integrated with globalized modern trends and sustainability. Our unique user-centric solution for each project is impacted by process and experience to create culturally appropriate spaces that enhance the quality of living. Keeping up with the constantly changing trends, we contribute to the future through adaptive and resilient results. With climate change on the rise and negative impacts of global warming, our studio consciously amalgamates materials that are environment friendly to technological and humanistic approaches.
Together we have been working in the interior design of various residences, lofts, villas and apartments in Italy, China and Russia. Our recent works also include architectural projects like the mosque in Grozny and a cultural museum in China. We create spaces for pop-up exhibitions for renowned artists and design companies. Hence, we create a platform that initiate dialogue within our design community.
