The project’s aim is to get away from the bustle of the city and its environmental pollution. It was developed by looking for concordance between exterior and interior. The core of the project is a spectacular, lush and green inner space at the heart of the building.

The project also includes a restaurant, a tea shop with VIP room, luxury apartments, and a terrace.
